If for some reason you'd like to make a return or an exchange, you have 30 days to do so from the day we shipped your items. Please note, we no longer accept returns for SALE merchandise. All products must be in the original condition, with all tags still attached. For returns, just pack everything back up in the original packaging, affix the self-adhesive return sticker from the invoice onto the box, and mail the whole thing

To properly process the return you need to use the packing sticker from the invoice. If you don't have it, make sure you include a note with your name, address, email address, and order number (if available, from the confirmation email), and the reason for your return.
When we receive the package, we'll issue you a credit to your credit card for the item. We only pay return shipping if the original shipment was damaged, defective or incorrect (wrong color, size, or style). We do not refund gift-wrapping costs.
If you would like to exchange your item for another size or color, simply indicate what you would like on the return/exchange slip. Provided that the item is available, we will place the original order as a return and then place a new order (using the same shipping and credit card information) with a 10% discount to allot for the return shipping.
Pinch Gear Incorporated will not refund items that are purchased with the 50% off for life discount code. Only exchanges will be allowed.
